Koala take over Andover Museum!
Thanks to the Museum of the Iron Age, we have an exciting opportunity to share in the success of all the brilliant young people who access our educational provisions as well as our fantastic community members that come to our community hub.
From 6th March until 12th April, Koala will be ‘taking over’ part of this wonderful museum and displaying an array of creations made by all the individuals who are a part of the charity; showing what makes them truly unique and what Koala means to them. As an evolving display, the exhibit will change over time and offer something different to see with each visit. Our community are currently busy drawing, painting, sewing, photographing, building and baking (to name but a few) creations ready to go on display.

So why not come along and join us in celebrating our community by visiting the museum, finding out more about our charity, and seeing our exhibit during the 6 weeks we are there from 6th March.

Koala receives National Lottery funding
Koala have been successful in our application for 5 years of grant funding!

The funding will support ALL of our community activities as well as support the charity to recruit a Finance Manager, Finance Administrator and an additional Support Worker.

Given the uncertainty for charities, in the current financial climate, we are so very grateful to the fund for their support.

Koala is on the move!
As the move to 83 High Street gets nearer, Koala are moving to an interim site
We have really enjoyed the last six months at Incuhive but sadly they have needed to rent the space to a more permanent tenant.

Luckily, the brilliant team at Purple Oak Support, based on Winchester Road, have offered us a space on the ground floor of Wellington House.

We will move in the last week of June and reopen on 1st July at Purple Oak.

More details are in the attached documents and photos and videos will follow.

Tori will also be organising a Facebook live on Thursday 13th June so that you can come along and ask any questions you may have.
