Assessment for both Distance learning and our Hybrid provision is conducted via Evidence Me.  When your young person joins the programme you will automatically receive a log in.  However, if you do not received this log in, please contact us on hello@moreeducation.co.uk and this can be resent.

 

This tool allows you to upload pictures and an observation of the tasks that your young person completes.  Our staff can also do the same!

 

We use the information from your uploads in a multitude of ways including planning next steps for your young person, tracking progress against both short- and long-term targets, creating end of term reports as well as being able to see what your young person is enjoying doing, or not, and adapting the boxes accordingly. 

 

For all of these reasons, it is essential that we receive updates from you, via Evidence Me, in some form. This can be a combination of videos, photos and / or message updates; either daily as activities are completed or as a weekly summary. We do appreciate that this is an additional requirement placed upon you on top of all the other plates you are required to spin at home and so we have tried to find a system that is as user friendly as possible whilst still giving us the information we need to best be able to support your young person at a distance.

 

However, if you cannot access Evidence Me, we ask that you contact us directly so that support can be given.
